- 1 c. butter
- 1/4 c. lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 to 3 tsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
Method
- Melt butter in a large skillet.
- Add next 8 ingredients and bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp and cook over medium heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink.
- Makes approximately 4 to 6 servings.
