Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 18 large shrimp, peeled and cleaned
- 18 large basil leaves
- 18 strips Prosciutto
- Pam
Method
- In a shallow dish, combine oil, garlic, salt and red pepper. Add shrimp and toss to coat well.
- Refrigerate covered for 30 to 45 minutes.
- Spray a cookie sheet lightly with Pam.
- Individually wrap each shrimp in a basil leaf and then in the slice of Prosciutto and secure with a toothpick.
- Place on cookie sheet and refrigerate up to 4 hours.
- Bake in 350° preheated oven for about 10 minutes until shrimp are opaque.
- Serve hot.
