Ingredients
- 1 can small shrimp
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion
- horseradish to taste
- ketchup to color
Method
- Drain shrimp.
- Chop onion very fine.
- Mix shrimp, mayonnaise and onion.
- Add horseradish until you like the flavor and enough ketchup to color the dip a soft pink.
- Chill several hours or overnight.
- Serve with chips.
