Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 1/4 c. celery, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 large can tomatoes
- 1 small can tomato sauce
- 2 lb. peeled and deveined shrimp
Method
- Saute onion, green pepper and celery in butter/margarine. Add flour, salt, pepper, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Simmer 30 to 40 minutes. Add shrimp last 10 minutes.
