Ingredients

  • 2 lb. cream cheese
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped celery
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. seafood cocktail sauce
  • 1/2 lb. shrimp, boiled and chopped
  • cocktail sauce
  • 1 lb. imitation crab

Method

  • Mix cream cheese, onion, celery, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, lemon juice, 1/4 cup cocktail sauce and shrimp.
  • Form into a roll and chill.
  • Spread with more cocktail sauce and shred crab on top. Serve with crackers.
