- 2 lb. shrimp (large size)
- 1/2 lb. butter
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. A.1. sauce
- juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 lb. scallops
- 1 small can mushrooms or fresh
- 2 tsp. onion flakes
- 2 tsp. parsley
- 1/2 can seasoned bread crumbs
Method
- Coat shrimp with oil and spread in a baking dish.
- Mix butter, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, A.1., lemon and garlic. Pour over shrimp.
- Mix in scallops and top with crumbs.
- Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
