Ingredients

  • 2 lb. shrimp (large size)
  • 1/2 lb. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. ketchup
  • 2 to 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp. A.1. sauce
  • juice of 1/2 lemon
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 lb. scallops
  • 1 small can mushrooms or fresh
  • 2 tsp. onion flakes
  • 2 tsp. parsley
  • 1/2 can seasoned bread crumbs

Method

  • Coat shrimp with oil and spread in a baking dish.
  • Mix butter, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, A.1., lemon and garlic. Pour over shrimp.
  • Mix in scallops and top with crumbs.
  • Bake at 375° for 20 minutes or until bubbly.
