Ingredients
- 2 c. crisp shredded cabbage
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. chopped parsley
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. salad oil
Method
- Combine prepared vegetables.
- Combine remaining ingredients. Stir to dissolve sugar.
- Pour dressing over vegetables.
- Toss lightly. Garnish with green pepper rings.
- Serves 4.
