Ingredients
- 3 lb. chuck or rump roast
- 1 pt. tomato juice
- 3 large onions
- 1/3 c. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 c. apple cider vinegar
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Combine all ingredients; pour over meat. Cook in oven at 325° for 4 to 5 hours or in crock-pot. Shred with fork or slice thin. Serve warm.
