Ingredients
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. strawberry Jell-O
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 pt. fresh strawberries, cut and drained
- 1 deep dish pie shell or 2 regular pie shells
Method
- Mix first 3 ingredients in a saucepan.
- Bring to a rolling boil for 5 minutes, then cool to lukewarm.
- Add 2 pints fresh strawberries and fold into the syrupy mixture.
- Pour into baked pie shells.
