Ingredients
- 1 pt. strawberries (unsweetened; fresh or frozen)
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 small box strawberry Jell-O
- 1 c. water
- 1 graham cracker crust
- Cool Whip
Method
- Place strawberries into graham cracker crust.
- Cook sugar, cornstarch, Jell-O and water until thick.
- Pour over strawberries in crust.
- Cool; refrigerate.
- Top with Cool Whip.
