Ingredients
- 1 (6 oz.) can tuna, drained
- 1/4 c. onions, minced
- 1 c. carrots, shredded
- 1 c. celery, chopped
- 1 c. salad dressing
- 2 Tbsp. milk or cream
- 3 to 4 oz. shoestring potatoes
Method
- Combine tuna, onion, carrots and celery.
- In a separate bowl, mix salad dressing with milk or cream.
- Pour dressing over tuna/vegetable mixture; mix well.
- Just before serving, mix shoestring potatoes with prepared salad.
