Ingredients
- 1 can Shoe Peg corn, drained
- 1 can sweet peas, drained
- 1 can cut green beans, drained
- 1/4 c. diced onions
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. corn syrup
- 1 or 2 pkg. Equal to taste
Method
- Mix vegetables in bowl.
- Combine vinegar and corn syrup.
- Stir into vegetables.
- Add sweetener and chill well.
- Makes 12 servings, using 1/2 cup corn syrup.
