Ingredients
- 2 cans drained whole Shoepeg corn
- 1 can drained French green beans
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped and sauteed onion
- 1 c. grated sharp cheese
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1 tube Ritz crackers
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. almonds
Method
- Mix vegetables, soup, sour cream, onion, cheese and pepper together.
- Top with margarine, almonds and Ritz.
- Bake 325°
- for 45 minutes.
- Makes 2 qts.
