Ingredients
- 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup
- 3 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon dry mustard
- Dash pepper
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Method
- In covered blender, blend soup, egg yolks, lemon juice, dry mustard and pepper till smooth.
- With blender running, gradually add in butter in a steady stream.
- Blend for 3 min.
