Ingredients
- 1 c. warm water
- 1 cake yeast
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/3 c. oil
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
Method
- Combine the yeast and water.
- Let stand for several minutes. Combine the other ingredients and mix well.
- Cover the bowl with wax paper and wet towel and refrigerate at least 8 hours.
- Dough will keep several days.
- Make out rolls in muffin tins, allow 1 1/2 to 2 hours to rise.
- Use plenty of margarine when making out rolls.
