Ingredients
- 8 small whole carrots
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Method
- Cook carrots in boiling, salted water until tender; drain. Melt butter in frying pan; stir in sugar.
- Add carrots.
- Cook over moderate heat, turning several times until well glazed.
- Garnish with parsley.
