Ingredients
- 2 doz. shrimp, cooked
- French dressing
- 6 slices pineapple
- 1 1/2 c. celery
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- salad dressing
- lettuce
Method
- Clean shrimp and let stand in French dressing for 1 hour; drain.
- Arrange lettuce on platter.
- Cut slices of pineapple in half; put on lettuce, then add shrimp.
- Add celery (cut in thin slices) and eggs (cut in quarters lengthwise).
- Serve with cooked salad dressing.
- Serves 6.
