Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 lb. shiitake mushrooms, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) container cottage cheese, mashed
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp. seasoned pepper
- 1 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
Method
- Saute mushrooms in butter for about 5 minutes.
- Add garlic and saute another minute or two.
- Remove from heat and stir in remaining ingredients.
- Chill.
