Ingredients
- 5 to 6 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 c. evaporated milk
- 3 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 1/2 c. salad dressing
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 4 Tbsp. sweet pickle relish
- 3 Tbsp. catsup
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
- dash of paprika
Method
- In a large bowl, combine the vinegar and milk; set aside to thicken.
- Add the remaining ingredients; blend well.
- Store unused dressing in
- the refrigerator; use within 2 to 3 days.
- Makes 1 quart.
