Ingredients
- 1 c. cream-style corn
- 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. milk
- 1/4 c. oleo, melted
- 3 eggs, separated
Method
- Mix cornstarch, sugar and salt.
- Add milk; stir.
- Add corn, egg yolks and oleo.
- Beat egg whites until a peak forms; fold into corn mixture.
- Pour into 1 1/2-quart casserole.
- Set in pan of hot water.
- Bake 1 hour at 350° until knife inserted comes out clean.
