Ingredients

  • 24 ounce. refried beans or possibly bean dip
  • 1 c. lowfat sour cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 2 or possibly 3 ripe tomatoes
  • 8 ounce. pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 6 ripe avocados
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 bunch green onions
  • 1 sm. can sliced black olives

Method

  • Layer on a plate: bean dip or possibly beans, mashed avocados (sprinkle avocados with lemon).
  • Mix lowfat sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco seasoning mix and spread over listed ingredients.
  • Chop green onions and tomatoes and layer; spread olives on top of the layer and end layer by sprinkling with cheese.
  • Good and pretty for anytime.
