Ingredients
- 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can Bumble Bee salmon
- 1 avocado
- crisp salad greens
- lemon juice
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp. dill weed
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 tsp. toasted sesame seed
Method
- Drain salmon.
- Remove skin, if desired.
- Mash bones.
- Halve avocado; remove seed.
- Place each half on a salad plate lined with crisp salad greens.
- Sprinkle with lemon juice.
- Combine mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic salt and 1 teaspoon of sesame seed. Fold in salmon and mashed bones.
- Spoon in avocado halves. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed to serve.
- Makes two servings.
