Ingredients

  • 1 (7 3/4 oz.) can Bumble Bee salmon
  • 1 avocado
  • crisp salad greens
  • lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
  • 2 tsp. toasted sesame seed

Method

  • Drain salmon.
  • Remove skin, if desired.
  • Mash bones.
  • Halve avocado; remove seed.
  • Place each half on a salad plate lined with crisp salad greens.
  • Sprinkle with lemon juice.
  • Combine mayonnaise, dill weed, garlic salt and 1 teaspoon of sesame seed. Fold in salmon and mashed bones.
  • Spoon in avocado halves. Sprinkle with remaining sesame seed to serve.
  • Makes two servings.
