- 5 to 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
- 2 Tbsp. dry sherry
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. ground ginger
- 1/3 c. chicken broth
- 2 tsp. cornstarch
- 4 Tbsp. cooking oil
- 6 stalks celery, bias sliced
- 8 green onions, bias sliced
- hot cooked rice
- 4 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Method
- Cut chicken into 1-inch pieces.
- Place in small bowl.
- Add sherry, soy and ginger.
- Stir to coat.
- Stir broth into cornstarch; set aside.
