- 8 oz. rainbow rotini
- 9 oz. pkg. artichoke hearts, cooked and drained
- 1 pkg. sliced pepperoni
- 1 c. cauliflower florets
- 1 c. broccoli florets
- 1 c. diced Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- Italian dressing of your choice
Method
- Prepare rotini according to directions.
- In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients (except dressing); toss to mix, then add just enough Italian dressing to make moist.
- Chill thoroughly. Toss gently before serving.
