Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp allspice
  • 1 slice of onion, finely chopped
  • 7 each chopped mushrooms, stems removed
  • 1/4 cup worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tbsp Italian bread crumbs

Method

  • Chop your mushrooms.
  • Mix the onion and allspice with your beef.
  • Add your Worcestershire sauce and the Italian bread crumbs and mix well.
  • Mix in your mushrooms and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
  • The large mushroom chunks makes these fall apart easy so they're best baked.
  • 350' until done.
  • I char them over with a torch after the oven.
