Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of Bottled Chili Sauce
  • 1 tsp. of Horseradish
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 tsp. of Tabasco Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp. of Chopped Chives
  • 1/4 tsp. of Parsley
  • 1 tsp. of Salt
  • 1 - 8 oz. pkg. of Cream Cheese (Softened)
  • 1 Sm Can of Small Shrimp
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. of Lemon Juice

Method

  • Mix first 8 ingredients together and refrigerate to chill.
  • Mix next 3 ingredients together and form into a ball.
  • Chill the cheese ball for 3 hours.
  • When ready to serve, pour the sauce over the cheese ball and serve with your favorite crackers.
