Ingredients
- 1 c. pear juice
- 1 pkg. lime jello
- 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 2 Tbsp. coffee cream
- 28 oz. pears
- 1 c. whipping cream
Method
- Heat pear juice.
- Add jello and stir until dissolved.
- While still hot, pour juice/jello mixture over the cream cheese which has been blended with 2 tablespoons cream.
- Stir until uniform. Refrigerate until the jello begins to thicken, then add pears which have been mashed with a fork.
- Fold in whipped cream.
- Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
