Ingredients

  • 1 c. pear juice
  • 1 pkg. lime jello
  • 2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. coffee cream
  • 28 oz. pears
  • 1 c. whipping cream

Method

  • Heat pear juice.
  • Add jello and stir until dissolved.
  • While still hot, pour juice/jello mixture over the cream cheese which has been blended with 2 tablespoons cream.
  • Stir until uniform. Refrigerate until the jello begins to thicken, then add pears which have been mashed with a fork.
  • Fold in whipped cream.
  • Pour into mold and refrigerate until firm.
