Ingredients
- 6 slices Ham
- 6 whole Eggs
- 1/4 cups Evaporated Milk
- 1/2 Tablespoons Dill
- 1/4 teaspoons Salt
- 1/4 teaspoons Ground Black Pepper
- 1/2 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese
- 1/4 cups Minced Onion
Method
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Spray a half-dozen muffin tin with cooking spray. Place one slice of ham in each muffin cup, leaving the edges hanging out.
- Whisk eggs, milk, dill, salt, pepper, cheese, and onion together. Pour evenly into muffin cups. Fold any the edges of the ham over the top of the egg mixture.
- Bake for aproximately 12-15 minutes until the egg is set. Remove from heat and serve.
