Ingredients
- 1 bag (32-oz.) frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 can condensed Cheddar cheese soup or 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 c. margarine, melted
- Crushed corn flakes
Method
- Mix first 6 ingredients together.
- Spoon into a large baking dish; sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
