Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped onions
- 1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 2 c. milk
- 2 c. (1 lb.) salmon
- 1 tsp. lemon juice
- 2 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
- 2 1/2 c. corn flakes
Method
- Cook onions and green peppers in butter until tender.
- Stir in flour and seasonings.
- Add milk gradually, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened, stirring occasionally.
