Ingredients
- 1 large onion, sliced thin
- 1 Tbsp. butter
- 2 large potatoes, sliced thin
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. thyme
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. whole wheat flour
- 1 c. skim milk
- 2 Tbsp. bread crumbs
Method
- Saute onions in butter.
- Add potatoes and mix.
- Add lemon juice, thyme and salt.
- Oil baking dish, put half of mixture in dish and sprinkle with flour.
- Add rest of mixture.
- Pour in skim milk and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
- Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
