Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash browns
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 lb. sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 8 oz. sharp cheese, grated
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Bake at 375° in a 9 x 13-inch pan for 1 hour.
