- 2 (1 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 onion, minced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter, melted
- cornflakes, crushed and buttered
Method
- Mix all ingredients except cornflakes.
- Put in greased, shallow casserole dish and sprinkle with cornflakes.
- Bake at 350° until golden.
