Ingredients
- 4 to 5 potatoes
- 1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 c. milk
Method
- Peel potatoes and slice into thin slices.
- In a casserole dish, put potatoes, onion, milk and butter.
- Season with salt and pepper. Mix everything together.
- In microwave, cook 14 to 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- (Stir every 2 to 3 minutes while cooking.)
- After potatoes are tender, add cheese and stir together. Cook 1 more minute in microwave (until cheese is melted).
