Ingredients

  • 3 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 stick oleo (melted)
  • 1/2 c. sweet milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1/3 c. flour (self-rising)
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1/3 stick oleo (melted)

Method

  • Mix together potatoes, sugar, salt, eggs, oleo, milk, and vanilla.
  • Place in a well-greased baking dish.
  • Mix well brown sugar, flour, nuts and oleo.
  • For topping, place over potato mixture.
  • Bake at 325° until done.
  • (My oven heats so fast I can't use 350° for 30 minutes.)
