Ingredients
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce.) can celery soup
- 1/2 c. skim lowfat milk
- Generous dash of pepper
- 3 c. thinly sliced potatoes
- 3 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1/2 c. thinly sliced onion
- 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
Method
- Combine soup, lowfat milk and pepper.
- In 1 1/2 qt casserole, arrange alternate layers of potatoes, meat, onion and sauce.
- Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.
- Uncover and sprinkle with cheese and bake 15 min more or possibly till potatoes are tender.
