Ingredients

  • 6 slices canned, cooked ham, 1/4-inch thick
  • 6 to 8 medium potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup

Method

  • Layer 1/2 of the ham, potatoes and onion in crock-pot. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Then put half of cheese over that. Repeat layers.
  • Spread undiluted soup evenly over top so air does not reach potatoes.
  • Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or on high 4 hours.
