Ingredients
- 12 potatoes, boiled with peeling on, not quite done
- 6 c. cubed ham
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. butter
- 4 c. milk
Method
- Peel potatoes and cube.
- Cut ham.
- Add onions to ham and potatoes.
- Cream flour and butter and add to milk when it is warm. Boil until creamy, then add to ham, potatoes and onion.
- Mix well.
- Place in casserole; sprinkle with cheese.
- Bake for 30 minutes in 350° oven.
