Ingredients
- 4 medium potatoes
- 2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 8 oz. Velveeta cheese
Method
- Peel and slice potatoes; boil until done.
- Alternate onion, potatoes, soup and cheese, ending with cheese on top.
- Cook for 30 minutes at 350°.
