Ingredients
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 (16 oz.) pkg. coleslaw blend (chopped cabbage)
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. crushed cheese flavored crackers
Method
- Cook cabbage in oil in skillet until it starts to wilt.
- Add water; cover and simmer on low 5 to 8 minutes.
- Stir in soup. Warm through.
- Top with cracker crumbs.
- Can be put under broiler to toast crumbs.
