Ingredients
- 1 lb. scallops or any combo of seafood
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 2 c. milk
- 4 Tbsp. dry sherry
- toast points (optional)
- 1/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
Method
- Rinse scallops; drain. In small-medium saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour, salt and paprika. Cook 1 minute, stirring. Gradually add milk; cook 4 to 5 minutes until thickened (stirring constantly). Add sherry and scallops; reduce heat to low. Cook 3 minutes until scallops are opaque and firm.
