Ingredients
- 6 pork chops
- 1 onion, sliced
- 6 Tbsp. rice
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
Method
- Lay pork chops in 9 x 13-inch pan, put 1 tablespoon of rice on top of each pork chop, then place onion slice on top.
- Combine tomato soup and brown sugar in a bowl and 1 cup of water.
- Stir together until smooth, pour over pork chops.
- Cover tightly with aluminum foil.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour, uncovered, and serve.
