Ingredients

  • 5 lb. cooked chicken (boneless), pulled in pieces
  • 1 c. pimento, diced
  • 1 (#10) can Veg-All mixed vegetables
  • 1 c. chicken fat or margarine
  • 1 c. flour
  • 1 qt. milk
  • 1 qt. chicken stock
  • 2 tsp. sage
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. marjoram
  • 2 doz. drop biscuit dough

Method

  • Fold chicken, pimento and Veg-All together.
  • Mix fat and flour together.
  • Cook until smooth and golden.
  • Add milk and stock, whipping until smooth and thick.
  • Add seasoning and fold into chicken vegetable mixture.
