Ingredients
- 5 lb. cooked chicken (boneless), pulled in pieces
- 1 c. pimento, diced
- 1 (#10) can Veg-All mixed vegetables
- 1 c. chicken fat or margarine
- 1 c. flour
- 1 qt. milk
- 1 qt. chicken stock
- 2 tsp. sage
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. marjoram
- 2 doz. drop biscuit dough
Method
- Fold chicken, pimento and Veg-All together.
- Mix fat and flour together.
- Cook until smooth and golden.
- Add milk and stock, whipping until smooth and thick.
- Add seasoning and fold into chicken vegetable mixture.
