Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
- 1 pound snow peas, trimmed
- 1 1/2 tablespoons lower-sodium soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sambal oelek (fresh hot chile paste, such as Huy Fong; optional)
Method
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add oil to pan; swirl to coat. Add peas; saute 3 minutes or until crisp-tender. Remove from heat. Add soy sauce and sambal, if desired. Toss to coat.
