Ingredients
- 1 pound sausage
- 2 sm. zucchini, cubed
- 1/2 pound fresh mushrooms
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon parsley
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 c. white whine
- 2 tbsp. butter
Method
- Saute/fry garlic in butter.
- Add in sausage (take out of casing).
- Saute/fry till brown; add in zucchini, mushrooms, basil, oregano, parsley, chicken bouillon and wine.
- Cook covered for 1 hour.
- Serve over spaghetti or possibly rice.
