Ingredients
- 2 (16 oz.) bags Pepperidge Farm stuffing (herbal)
- 1 lb. Ruby Farm "sage" or mild sausage (roll meat)
- 1 c. green peppers
- 1 or 1/2 c. onions
- 1/2 c. celery
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine, soften
- 2 eggs
- 1 large casserole dish
Method
- Saute green peppers, onions and celery.
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Season to taste.
- Cook for 30 to 45 minutes at 350°.
