Ingredients

  • 3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts
  • 1 c. diced celery, sauteed until soft
  • 1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 to 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
  • 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • cracker crumbs

Method

  • Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup cheese and the almonds.
  • Put in casserole; top with cheese and almonds
  • and cracker crumbs.
  • Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.
