- 3 to 4 c. cooked chicken, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can sliced water chestnuts
- 1 c. diced celery, sauteed until soft
- 1 (4 oz.) pkg. slivered almonds
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 2 to 3 Tbsp. Miracle Whip
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- cracker crumbs
Method
- Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 cup cheese and the almonds.
- Put in casserole; top with cheese and almonds
- and cracker crumbs.
- Bake at 350° for approximately 35 minutes.
