Ingredients
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1/4 lb. soda crackers, crumbled
- 4 small yellow squash, sliced thin
- 1/4 lb. pork sausage, browned and crumbled
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 cans Ro-Tel
- 8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Spray baking dish with Pam.
- Layer ingredients as listed, except for cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Place cheese on top as soon as removed from oven.
