Ingredients
- 1 pkg. (6 oz.) biscuit mix
- 1 lb. bulk sausage (hot)
Method
- Mix biscuit mix according to package directions.
- Roll on floured surface into rectangle.
- Crumble uncooked sausage to cover rectangle.
- Roll up jelly roll style.
- Wrap in wax paper and refrigerate overnight.
- Cut in 1/4-inch wheels (or less).
- Bake on cookie sheet with sides to prevent grease from dripping.
- Bake at 350° until done.
