Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Italian sausage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 (16 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
  • 1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 8 lasagna noodles, cooked
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Remove casing from sausage; crumble and brown in skillet. Drain. Add onion; stir in 1/2 cup sauce and 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese. Cover each noodle with sausage mixture; roll up. Place seam side down in baking dish. Spoon remaining mixture over noodles. Top with Mozzarella cheese.
  • Sprinkle with remaining Parmesan cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
